CAB39

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CAB39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,487 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CAB39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF19BPY, RNU6-153P, and RNU6-768P. Each is linked with CAB39 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CAB39-to-partner and partner-to-CAB39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNF19BPY grouped by CAB39-low versus CAB39-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CAB39→partner) and Y-score (partner→CAB39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
