CA9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,357 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR210HG, ENO2, and PGK1. Each is linked with CA9 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA9-to-partner and partner-to-CA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA9 versus MIR210HG in SARC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
