Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1297P, LINC01955, and RARRES2P10. Each is linked with CA9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA9-to-partner and partner-to-CA9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1297P grouped by CA9-low versus CA9-high in LUAD.
