Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR14K1, CENPVL3, and BRINP2. Each is linked with CA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA9-to-partner and partner-to-CA9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR14K1 grouped by CA9-low versus CA9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
