CA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 433 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNA5SP26, and RNU6-1211P. Each is linked with CA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA7-to-partner and partner-to-CA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by CA7-low versus CA7-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
