CA5AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CA5AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,782 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CA5AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP27, RNU6ATAC29P, and SEC31B. Each is linked with CA5AP1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CA5AP1-to-partner and partner-to-CA5AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CA5AP1 versus PPIAP27 in STAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CA5AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CA5AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
