The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CA5A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CA5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, UCEC, and PRAD are the cancer types where CA5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
