Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C9orf85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,427 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C9orf85-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAD23B, SPIN1, and PDIA4. Each is linked with C9orf85 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C9orf85-to-partner and partner-to-C9orf85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C9orf85 versus RAD23B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C9orf85→partner) and Y-score (partner→C9orf85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
