Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C9orf85 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C9orf85-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPR, GRHL1, and ALG3. Each is linked with C9orf85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C9orf85-to-partner and partner-to-C9orf85 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C9orf85 versus SPR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C9orf85→partner) and Y-score (partner→C9orf85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
