Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8orf87 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C8orf87-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, RN7SL25P, and EML2-AS1. Each is linked with C8orf87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8orf87-to-partner and partner-to-C8orf87 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by C8orf87-low versus C8orf87-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8orf87→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8orf87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
