C8B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C8B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, JNK2, and MEK1. Each is linked with C8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8B-to-partner and partner-to-C8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by C8B-low versus C8B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
