C8B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C8B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8B-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T29, LYZL1, and SCP2D1. Each is linked with C8B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8B-to-partner and partner-to-C8B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T29 grouped by C8B-low versus C8B-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8B→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
