C8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,647 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C8A-associated genes across cancer lineages are C8B, APCS, and DUSP21. Each is linked with C8A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C8A-to-partner and partner-to-C8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C8A versus C8B in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→C8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
