Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf26 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,452 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C7orf26-associated genes across cancer lineages are URB2, POGK, and EEF1AKNMT. Each is linked with C7orf26 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf26-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C7orf26 versus URB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7orf26→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7orf26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
