Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C7orf26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C7orf26-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, ETS-1, and MEK1. Each is linked with C7orf26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf26-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by C7orf26-low versus C7orf26-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C7orf26→partner) and Y-score (partner→C7orf26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
