Across TCGA cell cohorts, C7orf26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,686 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C7orf26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope, and 2-oxoglutarate decarboxylation to succinyl-CoA. Each is linked with C7orf26 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C7orf26-to-partner and partner-to-C7orf26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes grouped by C7orf26-low versus C7orf26-high in STOMACH.
