C6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNC2I2, ORC1, and CDC34. Each is linked with C6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C6-to-partner and partner-to-C6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNC2I2 grouped by C6-low versus C6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C6→partner) and Y-score (partner→C6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
