Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4BPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,547 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C4BPAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle endosomal processing, Hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation, and Alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with C4BPAP1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4BPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-C4BPAP1 results are reported.
