C4BPA

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4BPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,722 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4BPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL6, SLC2A3, and SERPINE1. Each is linked with C4BPA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4BPA-to-partner and partner-to-C4BPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C4BPA versus IL6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4BPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4BPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
