C4BPA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4BPA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4BPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, mTOR_pS2448, and mTOR. Each is linked with C4BPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4BPA-to-partner and partner-to-C4BPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by C4BPA-low versus C4BPA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4BPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4BPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
