C4BPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C4BPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,454 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4BPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBP4, FGA, and SLC51B. Each is linked with C4BPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4BPA-to-partner and partner-to-C4BPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C4BPA versus RBP4 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4BPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4BPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
