C4BPA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C4BPA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,086 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4BPA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Fatty acid beta-oxidation, Diterpenoid metabolic process, and Alcohol metabolic process. Each is linked with C4BPA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4BPA-to-partner and partner-to-C4BPA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fatty acid beta-oxidation grouped by C4BPA-low versus C4BPA-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4BPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4BPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
