C4A-AS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C4A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,817 significant associations in total. MESO shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C4A-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4A, C4B, and CYP21A2. Each is linked with C4A-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C4A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-C4A-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C4A-AS1 versus C4A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C4A-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C4A-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
