C3orf85

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3orf85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,463 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3orf85-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYP4F2, GUCA2B, and TMEM82. Each is linked with C3orf85 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf85-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C3orf85 versus CYP4F2 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf85→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
