The most reproducible C3orf62-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5AN1, RNU4-58P, and LINC00836. Each is linked with C3orf62 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf62-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf62 results are reported.
