C3orf49

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3orf49 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3orf49-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMAP1-GIMAP5, RNU1-17P, and RNY4P27. Each is linked with C3orf49 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3orf49-to-partner and partner-to-C3orf49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMAP1-GIMAP5 grouped by C3orf49-low versus C3orf49-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C3orf49→partner) and Y-score (partner→C3orf49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
