Across TCGA patient cohorts, C3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,657 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C3P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Thioester metabolic process, and Cellular respiration. Each is linked with C3P1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C3P1-to-partner and partner-to-C3P1 results are reported.
