Across TCGA cell cohorts, C2orf49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,205 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2orf49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and tRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation. Each is linked with C2orf49 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2orf49-to-partner and partner-to-C2orf49 results are reported.
