Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2CD4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 71 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C2CD4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA2P1, H4C13, and RN7SL726P. Each is linked with C2CD4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2CD4C-to-partner and partner-to-C2CD4C results are reported.
