Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C21orf91 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,069 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C21orf91-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP413, RNA5SP410, and MIR3651. Each is linked with C21orf91 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C21orf91-to-partner and partner-to-C21orf91 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP413 grouped by C21orf91-low versus C21orf91-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C21orf91→partner) and Y-score (partner→C21orf91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
