Across TCGA patient cohorts, C2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,422 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP4, PTPRC, and MYO1F. Each is linked with C2-AS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-C2-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C2-AS1 versus ARHGAP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
