C1orf35

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1orf35 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,130 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf35-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1B, UTP25, and KIF14. Each is linked with C1orf35 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf35-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1orf35 versus CKS1B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf35→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
