C1orf35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1orf35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,758 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic chromosome condensation, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with C1orf35 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf35-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Meiotic chromosome condensation grouped by C1orf35-low versus C1orf35-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf35→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
