C1orf21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1orf21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,270 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ROBO2, TLE4, and EDEM3. Each is linked with C1orf21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf21-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1orf21 versus ROBO2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf21→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
