C1orf158

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1orf158 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,345 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1orf158-associated genes across cancer lineages are CFAP45, FAM81B, and TEKT1. Each is linked with C1orf158 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf158-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf158 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1orf158 versus CFAP45 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1orf158→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1orf158) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
