Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1orf115 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,878 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C1orf115-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis, Aerobic electron transport chain, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with C1orf115 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1orf115-to-partner and partner-to-C1orf115 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven mitochondrial ATP synthesis grouped by C1orf115-low versus C1orf115-high in OESOPHAGUS.
