The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher C1orf115 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C1orf115 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and OV show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and OV are the cancer types where C1orf115 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
