C1S

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1S RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,573 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1S-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Complement activation, classical pathway, Protein folding, and Modulation of process of another organism. Each is linked with C1S in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1S-to-partner and partner-to-C1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Complement activation, classical pathway grouped by C1S-low versus C1S-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
