C1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1S mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE4A, C6orf118, and DEFA4. Each is linked with C1S in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1S-to-partner and partner-to-C1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCE4A grouped by C1S-low versus C1S-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
