C1S

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1S mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,319 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1S-associated genes across cancer lineages are DOCK2, BAZ1A, and ABCA2. Each is linked with C1S in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1S-to-partner and partner-to-C1S results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DOCK2 grouped by C1S-low versus C1S-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1S→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1S) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
