Across TCGA cell cohorts, C1QTNF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,620 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QTNF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mineralocorticoid secretion, Positive regulation of aldosterone secretion, and Regulation of mineralocorticoid secretion. Each is linked with C1QTNF1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QTNF1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QTNF1 results are reported.
