C1QL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,680 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCAF4L2, TOMM70, and SNX22. Each is linked with C1QL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QL1-to-partner and partner-to-C1QL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QL1 versus DCAF4L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
