C1QBP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QBP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QBP-associated genes across cancer lineages are H3P18, PRR23D2, and RBFA. Each is linked with C1QBP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QBP-to-partner and partner-to-C1QBP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H3P18 grouped by C1QBP-low versus C1QBP-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QBP→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QBP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
