C1QA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, CD163, and DEF6. Each is linked with C1QA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QA-to-partner and partner-to-C1QA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C1QA versus WIPF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
