C1QA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6085, RNU7-128P, and CCNG2P1. Each is linked with C1QA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QA-to-partner and partner-to-C1QA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6085 grouped by C1QA-low versus C1QA-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
