C1QA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C1QA mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C1QA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells, CD8+ T-cells, and CD8+ Tcm. Each is linked with C1QA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C1QA-to-partner and partner-to-C1QA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ naive T-cells grouped by C1QA-low versus C1QA-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C1QA→partner) and Y-score (partner→C1QA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
