C19orf47

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C19orf47 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,385 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C19orf47-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSH2, SUPT5H, and TOP2A. Each is linked with C19orf47 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C19orf47-to-partner and partner-to-C19orf47 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C19orf47 versus MSH2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C19orf47→partner) and Y-score (partner→C19orf47) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
