C18orf12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, C18orf12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,532 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C18orf12-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS5P1, RN7SKP170, and RNU1-52P. Each is linked with C18orf12 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C18orf12-to-partner and partner-to-C18orf12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C18orf12 versus NDUFS5P1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C18orf12→partner) and Y-score (partner→C18orf12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
