Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf82 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf82-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM22, GPR161, and SLC22A9. Each is linked with C16orf82 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf82-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf82 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM22 grouped by C16orf82-low versus C16orf82-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C16orf82→partner) and Y-score (partner→C16orf82) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
