Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C15orf54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,816 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C15orf54-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL4, and CCL18. Each is linked with C15orf54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C15orf54-to-partner and partner-to-C15orf54 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by C15orf54-low versus C15orf54-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C15orf54→partner) and Y-score (partner→C15orf54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
